What number of cores(Pin) do you have available?
Our aviation plug specifications are very complete, from 2 cores to 26 cores and even more cores are available in stock, to meet the transmission needs of different signals and power supplies.
The SP series and the SL series look alike. What is the difference?
The biggest difference between the two is the way of connection. The tail of SP series adopts welding process, which has the strongest waterproof and seismic resistance.
SL series usually refers to screw tightening. Please be sure to confirm the connection you need.
Can the protection level really reach IP68?
Our SP series and other high-end series have passed the IP68 immersion test in a locked state(see specification for specific water depth and time), and can be fully used for underwater lighting or wet downhole equipment.
Is this plastic shell resistant to high temperature?
The shell is made of high-performance engineering plastics(such as PA66), adding anti-ultraviolet(UV) agent, which is not easy to fade or become brittle under long-term outdoor exposure.
The temperature range is usually from − 25 ° C to + 85 ° C, with good heat resistance and flame retardancy(UL94 V-0 grade).
How many holes do I need to open to install the socket?
The numbers in the SP series models usually represent the panel opening size. For example, SP13 represents the opening of 13 mm, SP21 represents the opening of 21 mm. We will provide detailed opening drawings on the product details page.
Are plugs and sockets sold in sets?
Plugs(wire end) and sockets(panel end/docking end) on our website can be purchased separately.
