General Standard Heavy Duty Connector HDC-HE Series
The HE series conforms to the most popular shell sizes and insert layouts in the industry, and is the most widely used basic series in heavy duty connectors. Its shell height, width and opening size are compatible with most standard electrical cabinet interfaces, which is convenient for direct replacement or design integration. The internal inserts typically support 10, 16, and 24 pins, with electrical parameters covering 500V / 16A, which can carry the control signals and the power supply simultaneously. The termination employs mature screw or crimp contact structures. The HE series is well-suited for conventional industrial automation scenarios such as CNC machine tools, packaging machinery, and hot runner temperature control equipment.

Robust connection scheme: The role of the universal standard heavy-duty connector HDC-HE series in industry
The HE series is known for its 16A rated current and 500V rated voltage carrying capacity. The key to stand out of the HDC-HE series of universal standard heavy-duty connectors is its flexible Termination technology. Whether it is a traditional screw crimping that needs to be easily assembled on site, a cold crimping suitable for large-scale automated production, or a push-in / spring-cage technology that responds to high-vibration environments, the HE series can provide a matching core and is perfectly adapted to standard industrial housings.
Precision CNC Machine Tools
The operating environment of CNC machine tools is complex, usually full of oil mist, metal chips and continuous mechanical vibration. The universal standard heavy-duty connector HDC-HE series serves as the main interface between the control cabinet and the machine tool unit.
Vibration Resistance: The safe locking mechanism of the HDC housing is closely integrated with the HE plug to ensure that power and signal transmission remains robust during high-speed spindle operation.
Simplified maintenance: By using modular industrial multipole connectors, technicians can quickly disconnect and replace components, significantly reducing the average repair time (MTTR).
High-speed Packaging Machinery
The packaging production line requires extremely high attendance and frequent cleaning operations. When the universal standard heavy-duty connector HDC-HE series is paired with the corresponding upper housing and base, the protection level of IP65 or IP67 can be provided.
Modular scalability: Packaging systems usually involve multiple conveying sections and robotic arms. The HE series supports the modular design of ‘plug and play’, making it possible to quickly reconfigure the production line.
Mixed signal transmission: In packaging applications, the HE series is often used to simultaneously process the three-phase electrical and sensor control signals of the motor, integrating complex cables into a single and space-saving interface.
Hot Runner Temperature Control Equipment
In the plastic injection molding industry, precision is an insurmountable bottom line. The hot runner system relies on continuous and stable heat regulation.
High pin count requirements for multi-loop control: Using the HE series 16-pin or 24-pin core, manufacturers can manage multiple heating zones through a single connector.
Thermal stability: The insulating material used in the HDC-HE series of universal standard heavy-duty connectors has a wide temperature range, ensuring that the integrity of the connection is not affected even when it is close to a highly heated injection mold.
